  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date for digital products, and within 30 days of the purchase date for physical products or services.

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached (if applicable).

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable. These include:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

  • Custom-designed items, unless there is a defect in the product.

  • Sale or clearance items.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days to complete, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
